Kennidy Asche joined Education Pioneers motivated largely by the belief that every student deserves access to a transformative, high quality education experience. She currently serves as a Program Associate based out of the Boston office, where she supports operations and logistics for all Fellowship and Alumni programming.

Prior to EP, Kennidy served as a Service Learning Program Coordinator for the nonprofit buildOn, supporting two Boston public high schools. She worked directly with students and faculty to facilitate service-learning projects and design content to connect coursework with real time social justice issues. While there, she initiated the development of the Boston Student Leadership Team (BSLT), a youth advocacy council designed to elevate student voices and provide a platform for peer collaboration. Before moving to Boston, Kennidy completed a term as an AmeriCorps VISTA at a refugee resettlement agency in Houston, Texas. In her role, she worked to strengthen support for immigrant and refugee families via digital advocacy efforts, community events, and public education workshops.

Kennidy graduated from the University of South Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. In her free time, she enjoys tapping into her adventurous side by exploring New England’s beautiful scenery and coastline. Some of her other favorite activities include playing volleyball, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
