Priority Area: Program and Project Management
In education, solid program and project management talent is the key to success. Many of our Pioneers have managed complex projects, while working across teams to achieve the collective goal of moving the needle for students.
The Work You'll Do
Our Pioneers have utilized their management skills to support short and long term initiatives in education. Their collaborative work across a large breadth of projects has filled the talent gaps in organizations and schools to keep this sector’s transformation moving forward.
Below are two samples of the work you could do as an Education Pioneer. You too can use your program and project management skills in the education sector!

EP focuses on recruiting and placing Fellows in four key priority experience areas: data and analysis, strategy and planning, operations, and program and project management. Our Partners have particularly high need for expertise in these areas, which have high potential for impact with students, teachers, and families. While EP does match Fellows with select roles in human resources, finance, marketing and communications, and other functions, we focus our efforts on our priority areas. |
