Greetings Denver EP Alumni,
I hope this e-mail finds you all well and that everyone is staying safe as we navigate the mounting changes associated with COVID-19’s spread. After careful consideration and, out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to cancel and work towards rescheduling our in-person EP Denver roadshow event on March 25th.
This decision was not an easy one, but our first priority is the health and safety of those in our Alumni community and we cannot, in good conscience, ask you or EP staff to journey to a public space in Denver at this time. At this point, with other events cancelling, and states declaring a state of emergency, we want to make sure we are being considerate of our network’s safety.
We will be pausing and monitoring the situation closely over the next few months and working to reschedule this event to later in the year. We will reach back out in the coming months with additional details about the rescheduling.
