Eligibility

Education Pioneers looks for leaders who meet the following requirements:

Required Qualification

Why It Matters

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Two years of full time, professional work experience, which excludes undergraduate or graduate internships.

Our Partners look for professionals with demonstrated skills and experience in order to quickly create high-impact results. We match Fellows with Partners based on their professional and academic experience.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S on a full-time basis for the entire program (international students eligible only if visa assistance is not required)

At this time, our Partners and EP cannot sponsor visas. You may not be eligible if you believe that now or in the future, you will require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).

  • Commitment to Education Pioneers’ mission and values, and a passion for K-12 public education.

Working in education is important and challenging work – but also immensely rewarding. We seek candidates who are driven to make an impact on behalf of students and families.

In addition to our eligibility requirements, we prefer Pioneers who demonstrate:

  • Enrollment in or completion of graduate degree program
  • Experience in our priority areas of data and analysis, operations, strategy and planning, and program and project management
  • Ability to take initiative and drive results
  • A track record of success in academic and professional settings
  • Strong communication skills
