From 2010 - 2015, the Education Pioneers Analyst Fellowship was a 10-month career and leadership development program that matches data-savvy professionals with critical opportunities to make a difference.
Long-term opportunities to impact education are now part of the Education Pioneers Fellowship's career track.
Meaningful Full-Time Work
EP connected analysts with a 10-month, full-time work placement within an education organization where they led or supported strategic, analytically driven work. Analyst Fellows used the analytic skills they cultivated through previous work experience to collect and interpret data to make strategic recommendations across departments and organizations.
Professional Development with Diverse Cohorts
Analyst Fellows participated in workshops (or “convenings”) with a powerful learning curriculum that exposed them to new fields of thought and engaged the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all Fellows. Convenings coveedr key topics in urban education to expand Fellows' knowledge and informed their work. Fellows participate in programming with a close-knit cohort of talented peers.
The Education Pioneers Network
Analyst Fellows became part of our nationwide Alumni network of 3,000+ leaders and 200 education organizations. Alumni grew their networks exponentially and got connected to permanent opportunities post-Fellowship.
