Amy joined Education Pioneers to connect with leading education reform non-profits with STEM initiatives and to understand how to measure the impact of programs. In May 2011, Amy graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education with a Masters in Technology, Innovation and Education. She was a research assistant on Harvard's Distributed Collaborative Learning Communities and on mobile learning at MIT's Scheller Teacher Education Program. Prior to this experience, she coordinated professional development in hands-on, inquiry-based science for formal and informal educators as the Assistant Program Director at the Museum Institute for Teaching Science. She continues to work to improve access to and rigor of environmental education as the Vice President of the Massachusetts Environmental Education Society.
