Cat Ng joined Education Pioneers in Los Angeles in the summer of 2007 and worked with The Broad Foundation.

Cat began her career as a management consultant in the strategy group of Capgemini, a global IT consulting company. She worked across multiple industries to help companies identify strategic issues and develop appropriate plans to address them. She was the editor of an internal newsletter for the life sciences industry and served as a trainer for new consultants. In 2006, she left Capgemini to pursue her passion in education by volunteering as an English teacher in two school, one in rural Thailand and the other in the urban city of Hanoi, Vietnam.
