During his fellowship, Butch worked with the Fordham Foundation to develop a communications strategy designed to increase the visibility and impact of the foundation's work. The strategy addressed media outreach, publications, content delivery, and coalition-building ' and drew upon best practices of similar organizations. Butch also prepared a detailed implementation plan and marketing brief to aid the new Communications Director in successful implementation. After graduation, Butch joined The Bridgespan Group as a consultant.
