Cameron Miller joined Education Pioneers' 2008 Bay Area cohort as a fellow at NewSchools Venture Fund, where she worked on high impact media. Prior to attending graduate school, Cameron Miller spent four years in brand advertising and two years in fundraising strategy for an independent school in San Francisco. Combining her passion for education and her communication skills, Cameron worked closely with the schools administration and board members to develop and execute the branding, educational events, and targeted communication around the capital campaign. Cameron has also volunteered as a coach for Girls on the Run, an after school option for girls in 3rd and 4th grade that combines training for a 5K run with curriculum that encourages girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles
