As an Education Pioneer, Diana served as an operations and strategy consultant for ACE Public School Network, where she worked with the Executive Director and consultant team to develop the business model, business plan and strategic growth plan for the next phase of the Center's growth. She conducted an industry analysis to benchmark the Center's position against its peers and to help identify potential areas of new programs. She also helped conduct an internal audit of board members and education leaders. After graduation, Diana became a Broad Resident and joined the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) as a Project Manager. Recently she was promoted to the position of Coordinator for School Portfolio Management for OUSD.
