Josh Rubenstein

Josh Rubenstein is a Principal at ghSMART, a management assessment and leadership development firm.  Prior to joining ghSMART, Josh ran the Harvard Law School Admissions Office as the Assistant Dean and Chief Admissions Officer. Before he joined Harvard, Josh was a Case Team Leader at the global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company where he advised Private Equity firms and Fortune 500 corporations on mergers & acquisitions, growth strategy, and organizational re-design. Josh has also worked on Capitol Hill and various political campaigns and serves on the Advisory Board of Harvard's Public Service Venture Fund. Josh received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
