About Genesys Works

Genesys Works is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that enables inner-city high school students to break through barriers and discover through meaningful work experience that they can succeed as professionals in the corporate world.

Mission

Genesys Works is a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of low income high school sutdents. We provide job-related training, place students in meaningful internships, and help students prepare for post-secondary education.

Impact

Over 95% of the students that complete our program go on to post-secondary education. The overall percentage of the schools from which we recruit is typically closer to 30%.
